鍛煉方法:坐在座子上,身體前傾,手握扶手,雙腳分別蹬在腳蹬上做正向圓周運(yùn)動,運(yùn)動速度不可太快,運(yùn)動中雙腳不得不離開踏板,欲停止使用時,先不施加力量使速度減慢,待速度慢到足以用雙腳的反向作用力使轉(zhuǎn)輪停下方可離開器材。
